prescribed officer sentence in Hindi

Any person who is aggrieved by a finding or sentence of a Court Martial which has been confirmed , may further present a petition to the central government , the Chief of the Army Staff or any prescribed officer superior in command to the one who confirmed such finding or sentence and the latter , as the case may be , may pass such an order thereupon as it or he thinks fit .
कोई व्यक्ति जो सेना न्यायालय के निष्कर्ष या उसके द्वारा दिए गए ऐसे दंड से जिसकी पुष्टि हो चुकी है , व्यथित है केंद्र सरकार , थल सेनाध्यक्ष अथवा किसी ऐसे विहित अधिकारी को जो कमान में उस अधिकारी से वरिष्ठ हो जिसने इस प्रकार के निष्कर्ष अथवा दंड की पुष्टि की है , आगे और एक याचिका प्रस्तुत कर सकता है जिस पर याचिका ग्रहण करने वाला अधिकारी जो उचित समझे , आदेश दे सकता है .
